Just back from jogging !!
so sweaty nao !!

hehe, suprisingly my gf didn't peng
it's been ages since she ever went for a run.

haha, by the time i finished my routine,
she did 60% already larh.. 3.5km ++
not bad, not bad.

and just watched green zone yesterday !

my friends think it's alright,
but for me quite nice larh..

but of course bourne identity, supremacy and ultimatum is the best larh
don't expect it to be like the tri-bourne series.

haha, anyways im gonna go shower nao.
